POWER CLUB: MARATÓN DE SPINNNG

Power Club realizó él pasado sábado 28 de Febrero un maratón de Spinning en la terraza del edificio del Terminal de Cruceros de Fuerte Amador Resort & Marina.

Power Club, resultado de la unión de los dos mejores gimnasios de Panamá Pacific Gym & Spa y Power House, desea brindar a todos sus clientes actividades diferentes durante todo el año.

El maratón tuvo una duración de tres horas y una participación de 70 clientes.

Con la colaboración de empresas como Felipe Motta e Hijos, quien brindó agua Volvic a todos los participantes, Red Bull, Reebok, Fuerte Amador Resort & Marina, Infox y otros patrocinadores, el evento fue todo un éxito.

Durante todo el año PowerClub, estará realizando actividades fuera de los gimnasios para motivar e incentivar el ejercicio físico como parte de nuestra vida diaria.

Es importante realizar diariamente una rutina de ejercios y en PowerClub les tenemos diferentes opciones como: Spinning, aeróbicos, Tae-Bo, Yoga, Pilates, Clases de Baile, Stretching, Pesas.
