El Viceministro, Manuel Moreno, confraterniza con Noriega y le pide que le mande saludos a sus familiares desde Madrid. Aquí el video:

Hace un año, el 11 de diciembre de 2011, Manuel Antonio Noriega retornaba a Panamá desde Francia, acompañado de un médico, el Comisionado de la Policía Nacional, Manuel Moreno, ex Director de la DIJ; así como otros agentes policiales.

Hoy 10 de diciembre, en el Día internacional de los Derechos Humanos, La Estrella de Panamá nos trae un video con imágenes inéditas del regreso de Noriega. Allí se ve al comisionado Manuel Moreno departiendo alegremente con su prisionero, quien desde Madrid incluso le envía saludos a familiares y amigos de Moreno.

Esto parece confirmar las sospechas de que fue el propio Noriega quien dirigió el operativo de su traslado desde Europa a Panamá.

Con razon Noriega hace lo que le da la gana, se rie de la vida, es feliz, la pasa bien, y tambien da instrucciones. Increible.
  Y todos creiamos que los hijueputas PRDs eran los que lo iban a tratar asi de bien, quien entiende a este mundo de hipocritas pintados de ovejitas como estos CDs.

      Si una paloma mensajera enferma, fea y moribunda te entrega un mensaje, seguramente no lo leerías porque pensarías que el mensaje es malo por el aspecto de la paloma.
      
      El mensaje podría ser la salvación de un familiar tuyo, pero desgraciadamente nunca lo tomarías en cuenta porque la paloma que te lo entrego no es bonita.
      
      Por otro lado, una hermosa paloma, blanca y radiante puede entregarte un mensaje. Ese mensaje puede ser tu ruina, pero sí lo abrirías porque viste el exterior bonito.
      
      Eres una persona demasiado básica, vacía y poco evolucionada.
      
      Parece mentira que en estos tiempos, todavía haya personas que se crean tan poca cosa y que piensen que son grandes, importantes y exitosos en la medida en que tengan más cosas materiales.
      
      Las iglesias son gobernadas por hombres igual de pecadores que tu y que yo. Pero los mensajes van más allá de la iglesia.
      
      El día que te llegue la hora, te veré llamando a Dios y pidiéndole perdón.
      
      Sin embargo, sabes una cosa? Dios no te perdonará tus pecados. Eres tu quien los limpia y mientras más te embarres, más trabajo y penurias pasarás cuando regreses.
      
      Me pregunto si tu mides el valor de tu mamá de acuerdo a lo que tenga en los bolsillos?
